A paper engineer's sketchbook

Here is a small glimpse into my sketchbook. It's very different than most artists' books because of the abundance of math. This was a particularly mathy day in the life of my sketchbook.

When I told my high school guidance counselor that I loved art and math I bet she never would have dreamt up illustrator/paper engineer as the perfect career for me. But it seems so obvious now!

Father's Day

As a greeting card designer, every time I give someone a card they ask, "Did you make it?" They always seem disappointed if I didn't so I have to make sure I have a card that I designed on hand for every occasion.

This is a card I illustrated and engineered for Up With Paper and the card I gave my Dad for Father's Day.
